Yes. Zolerani PaaS states that if a customer orders a VPS and is not satisfied with the quality of the service, a refund can be requested within 15 days from the date of order. Our Terms & Conditions also clarify that refunds from the billing balance are available within 15 days from the date of payment, while later refunds may apply only to unused service periods.
According to the Refunds section of the Zolerani PaaS Terms & Conditions, customers may cancel selected services at any time and request the return of unused funds from their billing balance. Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@justvps.pro, and refunds are returned to the original payment method. After 15 days, refunds may apply only to unused service periods, calculated on a monthly basis, and payment system commissions or other non-refundable costs may be deducted in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Zolerani PaaS supports both IPv4 and IPv6. Our Terms & Conditions also note that refunds are not available for IPv4/IPv6 network lease services.
Zolerani PaaS services must be used lawfully and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Activities such as spam, copyright or trademark violations, illegal software distribution, malware hosting, hacking-related content, or other abusive or unlawful use may result in service blocking or termination, and in some cases without refund under the Terms.
